River von Stanau is a gorgeous 8-week old grey-and-white Shepherd/Malamute mix puppy with the most striking face…. All we can say is, “Holy Smokes, Batman!” With a mask to rival any superhero, this uber- adorable pup will certainly turn heads in Gotham City or in Your Town, USA.  River comes confidently out of his “bat-cave” (crate) after a full night’s sleep to pursue “The Jokers” (balls and toys) and take on a good-natured wrestling match with “The Spirit“ (his littermate).  Galloping as fast as the batmobile, this pup can cover all of Gotham City (his yard) and return to Wayne Manor (his foster home) to the welcome arms of Batgirl (his foster mommy).  River’s sweet and sensitive side surfaces when he comes in for a soft landing on Batgirl’s lap for some snuggles and kisses.  River especially enjoys a playful pursuit with Ridler and Penguin (the family’s other fur pack) with whom he’s actually befriended!  He then settles into the Bat Cave for a good, sound, quiet night’s sleep until it’s time to round up the next set of archenemies.  River’s dream is to save the world and take on any new adventure that comes his way.  Will you be his Boy Wonder and enjoy the next crusade with Westside’s very own superhero???
